We've had fun so far this summer. Leila has played with her "Fancy Nancy" backpack that she got from her Deedee for her birthday.
She's still not too sure about wearing a backpack.
But it looks cute on her!

We've had many playdates, one with "Aunt" Alyssa who had the pleasure of reading with Leila.
Leila loves books and will bring them up and ask you to "deed it" to her.
Leila has also had several dress-up sessions. During this one, she was displaying her fine jewelry - a necklace, two bracelets, and her purse.
Is she a girl or what?!
I love it when she asks us to "deed" to her!! =) Such a smart little thing!!

We need to remember to take the camera to the pool next time so we can get some good swimming pictures. She is so good in the water these days!!
